These terms govern the use of RevyAI.io, our website, AI workflows, CRM automations and related services.

Use RevyAI only for lawful business purposes and in line with platform rules from third-party channels.

You remain responsible for the data, prompts, automations and messages you submit through your account.

AI outputs are helpful but must be reviewed by a human before you rely on them for business decisions.

1. Acceptance and scope

By using RevyAI you agree to these terms. They apply to the website, the product and any booking, automation or AI feature we make available.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and keep your account activity under your control. If you manage a team, you are responsible for your team members and invited users.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use RevyAI to spam, scrape, impersonate, break laws, or violate third-party platform policies. Use the product in a way that respects customers, end users and the channels you connect.

  • No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use.
  • No reverse engineering or unauthorized access.
  • No sending of harmful, misleading or regulated content without the required safeguards.

4. AI features and outputs

RevyAI may generate responses, summaries, lead scores, follow-up drafts, task suggestions and other AI-assisted results. These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you must review them before using them in production.

5. Customer content and data

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant RevyAI the limited right to process that content to provide the service, keep it secure, support your workflows and improve the product in anonymized or aggregated form where appropriate.

6. Billing, trials and refunds

Trials may be offered without a card. Paid plans, implementation work and add-ons are billed as described at checkout or in your order form. Refunds are limited and handled by the refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

RevyAI and its branding, interface, code and design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our materials except as expressly allowed.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, security risk, non-payment or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
