This policy explains when charges can be refunded for RevyAI subscriptions, onboarding work and other paid services.

Trials are meant to let you evaluate the product before paying.
Paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts.
We may issue refunds for verified billing errors or verified technical failures at our discretion.
2. Subscriptions
Recurring fees are billed in advance. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
3. Custom work and services
Implementation, setup and other professional services are only refundable if we explicitly agree in writing or if local law requires it.
4. Refund exceptions
We may approve a full or partial refund for verified billing errors, duplicate charges or a verified technical issue that makes the service unusable.
5. Non-refundable items
Usage already delivered, completed service periods, custom work and third-party fees are generally non-refundable unless the law says otherwise.
