Security Policy

RevyAI is designed with layered security controls to protect conversations, customer data and automation workflows.

Traffic is encrypted in transit and sensitive access is restricted internally.

We use monitoring, backups and recovery procedures to keep the service resilient.

Customers must also secure their own channels, credentials and downstream systems.

1. Encryption and access control

We use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, access controls for internal systems and role-based permissions for the product where applicable.

2. Backups and resilience

We maintain backup and recovery processes intended to reduce the impact of incidents, operational failures or accidental deletion.

3. Monitoring and incident response

We monitor service health, security signals and operational events, and we investigate incidents with a documented response process.

4. Third-party channels and integrations

Many features depend on WhatsApp, Instagram, email providers, CRM tools and other external services. Their availability and security are not fully under our control, so you should review their own policies too.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your own passwords, connected accounts, API keys, workspace permissions and the content you send through RevyAI. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive data into open fields or messages.

6. Security research and reporting

If you discover a genuine security issue, report it responsibly. Do not disrupt service, access other customers data or publish details before we have a chance to investigate.
